UP., and became a transportation planner, which he really likes. I say all that because I'm sure he could go into the water job with absolutely no previous experience and be a thousand times better than Mr. Trans In A Dress--but he'd never get the job because he's white, male, Christian, and straight, just like his dad. It's OK for him, since he's a Happy Halifax Honkey.

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago treats sewage and waste water. The district’s primary job is to dispose of solid waste that is flushed down the toilets. It also converts bio-solids into fertilizer.
