“You will die, smug, and alone.”
I will die sometime but I don’t waste my time till then filling my head with hate.
I don’t hate you for all your nasty posts. None of them make any difference in my life so there is no reason for me to get emotionally involved.

Purina is Nestles.
Nestles is part of the WEF group.

Is this one of the Bush hits or one of Bubba’s “send the jobs away” scams.
CAFTA, NAFTA, whatever.
Americans still getting the SHAFTA.

Looks like Mexico will do pretty good having a number of plants...they must have enough product left to sell here.
Mexico likely has a LOT more Nestle buyers. Nescafe is prominently displayed in the Mexican supermarkets in Arizona. And the Mexican version of Nestle chocolate (Crunch, Butterfinger, Baby Ruth, KitKat) had not been sold off. There might even be an infant formula market there (Nestle infant formula became infamous here).
Nestle never was an American company. They have always been on the Zurich stock exchange. We (meaning New Jersey) were suckers for giving them subsidies.

“Hybrid is EV.”
Another correction. A hybrid is an ICE powered car with an electric motor to supplement the power.
And to clarify, I don’t own a hybrid.

“Hybrid is EV.”
There is also a PLUG-IN hybrid. These usually have a capacity to go a few miles on battery power alone allowing for short commutes and recharging at home.

One day only. I’ll probably get banned today.
I appreciate the welcome.
I honestly miss you, and others, but news makes me crazy.
I have been writing fantasy novels.

Just FYI, I don’t hate you. That requires actual knowledge of person and moral faults. You’re just a PITA. I’m ghost again soon.

What did you get banned for and why do you think you will get banned?
To: TexasGator
I was never perma-banned.
I would get banned for telling the truth.
There’s a certain group of people who control the media and banking, and destroy the normal people’s lives.

sooooo....tariff them!
The coffee is a small part of their business. All that means is that Folger's and General Foods (Maxwell House) will have a bigger piece of a small market.
The real money for Nestle in the U.S. is in Purina Pet Food (Land O' Lakes owns the farm feed side of things). The dog food is still made in the U.S. (but the dog treats are made in Red China). None of that has anything to do with a coffee plant closing in New Jersey.

For the record you posted that you did. And you also said you despised me indicating contempt.
“You’re just a PITA.”
I have zero power to be a PITA to you. It is all in your head.

ya know, a stand has to be made at some point.
No matter what part of their business is done here or in mexico, the fact remains that the factory will not be repurposed or updated....but the jobs - which STILL exist - are moving to mexico. Therefore, anything NOT made in the US should be subject to tariff. No declaration of war, just pay up.

Were they ALWAYS a foreign company?
I don’t know but I thought they were American originally.
Maybe not?
