First of all ,there won’t be a pardon. Second, a pardon does not overturn a conviction.
But if they pled guilty to a felon and were pardoned, they still get to vote and own firearms?

No one is above the law. The rulers are outside the whole system of law, explicitly as in congressional laws that exempt congressmen and bureaucrats Congressmen think they are part of the elite. They will find soon enough that congressmen are no more than window dressing for the rulers and are expendable when the Rulers’ control is secure.
