There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, and there certainly isn’t anything about “announcing”, “running”, “delegates”, “conventions”, “debates” or anything else that people bring up about how suppressing Trump is going to involve a Federal Constitutional issue.
The GOP is a private organization, free to run their affairs the way its directors decide. There is no right to be nominated, no right to be on the ballot, no right to be invited to debate, etc.
The “two parties” have closed ranks. Their agreement about “no ideas that disturb us” is firm.

He does not need the GOP to gain ballot access.
God works in mysterious ways and at this point, Trump is the mystery to behold.

There probably won't be a next time for a former governor, as DeSantis will be in 2028. So if Trump does get the nomination he better not screw it up. That means disavowing his former support for the clot shot and not appointing swamp creatures to fill key positions.
Let’s make something clear, here. If Trump is killed, physically, MAGA will vote against the GOPe, even if that means for a Democrat, because Uniparty means Uniparty.
