Latest reports is F16 pilot looked in the cockpit and saw the pilot slumped over. This means there was no pressurization malfunction , otherwise inside of cabin would be same temp as outside, and windows would have iced over.

I couldn’t figure out how an incapacitated pilot could make a u-turn like that — this might explain it: “ Rumpel also said it is common practice for pilots to put their destination, along with an “emergency return destination” into the auto pilot system, which he said would explain why the plane turned around and headed south again once it flew over its destination of MacArthur Airport on Long Island.
