Most of us DeSantis supporters are true conservatives who want the conservative nominee.
But I have not heard a single DeSantis supporter say that they would not support Trump if he wins the nomination.
I know that I would because the alternative is communism.
But ask the Trump cultists and many will say that there is no way they will vote for DeSantis if he wins the nomination.

I am all about WINNING and getting Biden or any other Democrat out of office. We can’t afford this intra-party civil war, if Trump is the nominee, I would happily vote for him and hope he wins, same for DeSantis, quite a few Trump supporters on FR have told me they would never vote for DeSantis if he became the nominee, I sincerely hope by the time the election rolls around they change their mind if DeSantis is the nominee.

I don’t get your tactics. Instead of making an effort to woo people to DeSantis, you spend all your effort demonizing and name calling people DeSantis would have to have voting for him if he would win the primary.

Trump said he didn’t call DeSantis meatball and never would. Some bigots who happen to be Trump supporters are calling him that. Trump isn’t.

I'm actually pro-DeSantis although it is highly likely he won't win the primary for 2024, but I do like what he's done for Florida. Regardless, I will be voting for Trump or DeSantis in the general election.
But the primary race is on and that means it's silly season at FR. Ford vs Chevy, Harley vs Indian, Catholic vs Protestant, etc.
