There is ballot harvesting and there is ballot creation that is submitted as part of ballot harvesting. The latter is where most of the Democrat ballot harvesting votes are coming from.

Ballot harvesting whether it is legal or not is an open invitatiom to massive fraud which most conservatives have expressed concern about.

People better start getting used to permanent Democrat rule because between elction shenanigans and demographic trends, the latter of which is a much bigger deal, I am confident we will likely never see another Republican president.
