It’s hard to debate someone who refuses to acknowledge the obvious, repeatedly I have said cheating took place, it still doesn’t change the fact that Biden is POTUS, that can’t be debated.
I never said he was convicted or a crime, at this point he has not been convicted of anything, he is facing charges in NYC, the chances of Trump getting a fair trial in NYC are Zero.
The charges are all bogus, but they still exist and have to be dealt with.
The other fact is in the civil rape case, Trump was hit with a judgement, he’s not guilty of a crime, but he has to deal with the judgement, given how the legal system works, there is little chance it will be gone by 2024 unless he pays it.
It doesn’t matter that cheating happened in 2020, the criminal charges are fake, the civil judgement is fake, none of that matters it’s the strategy of the Democrats and has to be dealt with.
The only way to even the playing field is to charge Biden and/or his family with crimes, which is not likely to happen but absolutely should.

If Trump somehow secures the GOP nomination (and I think the party can and will prevent that), and then somehow gets elected, the GOP Senators will lead the charge and he will be removed in 100 days or less after 1/20/25, whether he's been convicted of a crime or not.
Trump's biggest obstacle to Restoration isn't the Democrats - it's the Republicans.
My point was, there is only one Presidential election in the Constitution, it takes place in December since 1936, and since 1964 there are 538 voters. 535 of those 538 voters are appointed by State Legislatures, the other 3 are appointed by Congress.
In December 2020, 306 of those voters voted for Biden and he was thereby elected President.
Neither Article II or Amendment XII says anything about members of the public voting in a "Presidential election" in November, and that method could be dispensed with by any State or by all of them without infringing the Constitution by an inch.
I agree with you, the Democrats are using this as a strategy to defeat Trump, one way or the other.
It won’t take a majority of Republicans in Washington to go along with impeaching Trump for him to be removed from office.

The voting at the ballot box we have won every time.
The harvesting of ballots by going to people's homes is where we lose.
We need a strategy to beat that because no candidate can win against the Dem machine that keeps improving every cycle.
