Men who consume chocolate or meat consume more iron than they need. Excess iron is harmful. Donating blood every two years prevents excess iron.

The liver accumulates iron and retinol because they’re important for reproduction. Male and female livers have the same ability to accumulate them. A lot of people have excess iron and retinol. Excess retinol causes depression. Drinking beer reduces stored retinol. That’s probably the main reason humans drink.

3 people close to me died of cancer...the same 3 who didn’t eat red meat (or any meat, for that matter). In one case, the guy’s doctor asked if he ate meat - he answered “no”, to which the doctor said “well, you better start now”.

The doctors know, at least some of them, probably most of them...but they have to make a living.

And when you follow the breadcrumbs it ALL leads straight to Washington, DC and once the FDA says meat is bad, you had better toe the line if you want:
1. Research money.
2. Future employment.
3. Protection from liability (such as malpractice)

Just like ‘education’, once the Left is able to centralize something in DC (such as public health), they are able to then destroy it.

Long understanding that diversity in protein sources ensures adequate response to the individuals needs. It is the daily lack of adequate, minimal amounts of proteins that is most damaging.

As ALL CELLS in the body reproduce in response to aging death or damage the protein will first be used to survive by being directed to vital organs and then to skeletal muscle tissue. If there isn’t enough ingested protein then in order to SURVIVE, the body will CANNIBALIZE PROTEINS FROM SKELETAL TISSUE.

I know what you mean. Bidenskyyy and his chumps are out there saying that it’s the GOP who is trying to take away all of our freedoms. I can’t think of one. It’s the Dung Beetle Party that is banning everything and making everything illegal.

I have a good friend and neighbor who is a physician and he’s been telling me that all the health issues concerning red meats being bad for you is crap for 10 years.

That along with all the other bullsh1t relating to fats (with the exception of trans fat’s) statins etc. is complete nonsense based on garbage research.

If you want to live a long and healthy life make sure you pick your parents well.

Genetics sets the table, what you do with the repast determines ultimately how you will have to manage your weight and exercise to avoid obesity related health issues.

We are all individually unique in our relationship to food. Eat to live—rather than live to eat is sage advice.

Doctors are not necessarily all knowing and perfect. Just look at how COVID was handled. There's a lot, over 50%, BS research out there. That becomes sort of like a fad for some doctors. It often allow doctors to prescribe drugs, and require follow up visits. It makes money for them.

My doctor goes by my blood work. His advice is, "keep doing what you have been doing." I eat and drink moderately. I eat a very wide range of foods, but very little is processed or packaged. I cook and bake just about everything I eat. I do that because I really love eating good tasting food. Packaged food really sucks, at least to me. I am not judging other people's tastes. We all have our own and usually it has to do what people grow up with or consistently have.

This just vindicates what our grandmothers knew ….you need to eat a well balanced diet including lean red meat, poultry, eggs and fish with lots of vegetables, fruits and whole grains. It is little wonder that we have so many dietary issues with all the processed foods, energy drinks, junk foods and fad diets.

It is interesting how I have changed my eating habits compared to when I was a kid. I have replaced the fried meats potatoes and gravy my mother made nearly every day with more poultry and fish. I find myself enjoying more vegan options as I now love Indian cuisine. My studies in France introduced me to olive oil, red wine and garlic. I have embraced the use of an air fryer for lower fat frying. I still love a good steak, but often make it sou vide with a quick sear in a cast iron pan. I haven’t given upon bacon and eggs and a few times a year I still make potatoes and gravy like my mother used to make.

God said an animal eith a split hoof AND who chews the cud is considered food.

So when “science” contrad>cts what God said was good food, then I know one of 2 things. It’s fake science or they’re lying. It’s that simple. Butter was never bad for you but butter alternatives are unless it’s pure olive oil.

Seed oils are bad for you. Plain and simple.

Today’s grains are not the same as grains of the past. Carbs and sugars are bad for you.

If it doesn’t come from your garden, it’s probably bad for you.

Now, with those simple observations in mind, you can ignore “science” enjoy your food and get on in your healthy life.

It’s that simple.

Do you have an argument to conclude it’s bull crap? Is it because humans ate meat for a long time?
