Target is Walmart for the Left.

Don't kid yourself. Walmart is Walmart for the left, too. They have the same stuff.

Meanwhile, at your local Target:

8-AD6-B093-8-F0-A-4438-89-D2-19568-EBFE439

028-C78-F0-FACE-4535-8-B4-A-216-A901505-F0

They're even going after babies:

Still want to shop there?

Every dollar you spend there supports and promotes this.

Like Biden..Walmart does about 70% of it’s money deals with China.
Both are likely influenced by Chinese policies as a result. But instead of a legal product involved..Biden sells top government secrets and let’s China float balloons over our secret military installations.

Two Targets have already closed in San Francisco due to rampant theft.

The others now have most, if not ALL of their merchandise behind plexiglass - you have to get someone to open it for you. Huge PIA.

Not sure this is different than past year’s pride-wear

Target is generally more yuppie progressive suburbanite than Walmart. The customers I see are bored and hand-wringingly concerned about first world problems from their perch of financial privilege. They aren’t stressing about paying for basic necessities; they have money and therefore time to burn so they latch on to whatever streaming and social media tells them is the pressing concern of the moment.

Of the two, I prefer Target because the stores are usually better stocked and cleaner than metro ATL Walmarts but Target doesn’t have the variety either. I have to go deep into the burbs to find a “nice” Walmart. It’s amazing how things change when people act appropriately in public, keep neat and aren’t lead by cultural tolerance to steal. Everyone wins because not only is the shopping experience better but there’s less stress and prices aren’t as pressured by shrink.

Giving up on retail theft like in Portland or SF is ridiculous policy. You end up causing retailers to flee, hurting the community. It’s disrespectful because it’s subtly racist and saying certain people just can’t help it because systemic excuses, etc. Accountability means security and people generally want to feel safe not just physically but they want to know you are fighting to make their hard earned dollars stretch rather than see them eaten by offsetting criminal losses.

We learned from the “fiery but mostly peaceful protests” that destroying your own community is acceptable because feelings. Again that is the racist reaction of low expectations. Until communities expect civility and safety, stop enabling and tolerating excuses from “leaders,” nothing’s going to improve.

Don’t buy the merchandise. Do you think Walmart doesn’t have pride gear?

That is some truly hideous merchandise. At least the tee makes sense culturally.

Decades ago I went to a Subway, once. That was the first and last time. Their food sucks. I grew up in and around Philadelphia. Every neighborhood had at least one mom and pop deli. You got an excellent hoagie for a great price. That was because of the completion and because it was a small business. The owners cared because they knew you.

Subway has only a few locations in a city of nearly 4 million people. It’s because their food sucks. Big corporate chains like subway are infected with wokeism just like all big business. They all do objectionable crap somehow thinking it will make up for their objectionable products. I try my best to buy from small, local businesses. When that is not possible I try to find small businesses online that manufacture their products in the USA. Just yesterday, I bought a safety razor from Western Razor Co. Gillette can go to hell for their woke toxic masculinity advertising. I’ll also save a bundle on shaving from now on. Double edge blades cost about $0.06 per blade, and there are several sources that still manufacture razor blades right here in the US.
