yeah, that’ll help ... much quicker in identifying when the horse got out of the opened barn door ... of course, that means the horse DID already get out ... seems like it would be much better to figure out how to keep the barn door shut so the horse didn’t get out in the first place ... sigh, and all of those tens of billions spent in identifying when the horse got out instead of keeping the bard door shut ...

DOD is in a CYA mode. Congress and the public must hold their feet to the fire. It’s time to re-organize an organization gotten to big, fat, careless and clumsy.
