DeSantis won’t even say Trump’s name. This is an example of a politician doing the absolute minimum that he needed to do.

Wow, you are sick anti-Cristian. Did you cheer when Audrey Hale shot up that church?
To: nickcarraway
How? He has no power to stop them. Also, Trump’s lawyer says he will surrender next week. It's a DeSantis stunt...

No, I said nothing of this sort and not sure where this came from.
No, I didn’t decide the Constitution is void either.

Should Florida not permit Trump's extradition to New York, the Federal courts may intervene to require Trump to go to New York. Trump would be in extreme danger were he placed in Federal custody and could face the fate of Jeffrey Epstein or Whitey Bulger - a brutal death with the cameras turned off and the guards away. If Trump is indicted, he will probably go to New York and post bond.

I’m not sure what you are talking about now.
Yeah, kidnapping people is prolly not helpful.

If DeSantis were to do that, he would probably earn my vote. It won’t happen, so we can stop with these ideas. Trump will surrender, there will be a YUGE spectacle, he will hire some fossil as counsel, they will ultimately convict him, and we will totally own the libs on Twitter and elsewhere. Oh, and the Democrats will win the White House again in 2024 because they will just cheat. Again.

“So you want DeSantis to take a bullet for the guy who implied he’s a child molestor?”
Good point! Why should we ever expect a politician to defend the rule of law when it might help a political rival who’s said mean things about him? That’s asking too much of a future presidential candidate.

Low Tax Tranny Reading Hour, brought to us by The National Review. I can totally see it. The drag queens will read Milton Friedman essays to the children they are grooming. So much conservatism! Our values!
P.S. the other day, I wondered if you simply had Monty Python memes at the ready at all times. Your response time is impressive. A nod’s as good as a wink to a blind horse!

Deep State is likely using the indictment in part in an attempt to rehabilitate DeSantis.

That is the implication of Post #15. You don’t believe in the Constitution, which it plainly says.
To: Wallace T.
First of all, the Constitution specifically requires extradition. But there is no extradition in this case.
To: mbrfl
I agree the rule of law. Which specifically states extraditions are mandatory.

If I was Trump, I'd let them cuff me, and perp-walk me. The jury pool will largely be against Trump, as they reside in NYC. Alvin Bragg will make sure the empaneled jurors are his people. The convictions are pretty much a certainty.

Why would they? They hate DeSantis.

The Secret Service is a Federal agency, part of the Executive Branch. They will be withdrawn should Trump go into Federal custody. I think Trump knows the necessity of staying out of a Federal prison. He doesn't want Melania to be a widow.
