The golden age of California reservoir building and dam building was in the 1960s under Governor Pat Brown. Jerry’s father, who was a Dem, who knew what had to be done for communal prosperity. California has not built or improved large reservoirs in 50 years. As far as I know.
It’s actually very simple and not complicated at all. The democraps are flushing the water out to se so they can create a crisis and raise prices and blame it all on global warming.
