You said Upland was primarily Hispanic that is not true. I have no idea what that school is comprised of but Upland is primarily white.
I simply zeroed in on a search for the demographics of THAT SPECIFIC PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. And I simply listed the published demographics for that SINGLE, SPECIFIC school. I imagine that the demographics are what is self-reported by each child (more likely the child’s parents), I don’t make things like that up.
Remember, the makeup of any given school (particularly at the elementary level) reflects the neighborhood, which children of that neighborhood go to private school instead of that public school and which children are homeschooled.
