The only remedy for NYC and all other blue cities/states what have high-crime problems, it to get rid of the democrats running those areas, and preferably elect tough-on-crime republicans (iow: no RINOs).They did that 30 years ago when NYC got really bad so they were desperate enough to vote for Guilani. At this rate, maybe in another 30 years.
