But I have trouble understanding why we repeatedly let the Dims hijack things the Republicans used to be proud of. The hymn Lift Every Voice and Sing was composed to honor Abraham Lincoln's birthday (decades after his death). It's about liberty and God and freedom, things we Republicans care about a lot more than Dims.
We're dumb when we fall for the rope-a-dope the Dims throw out and we say we're against things like this song.
