Hey Kevin.Ashley Babbit was Murdered. That alleged Capitol Police Officer needs to be investigated for that murder since Ashley at No time was ever displaying or in possession of a firearm and that Racist officer knew it.
He could see that she had nothing in her hands and she was more at risk of injuring herself than she was injuring anyone else when she climbed into that window.
Anyone else would be charged with murder if the same thing occurred in their residence.
