I don’t feel a need for you to perceive me as credible.
“It’s a line from the end of the movie Red, that’s all.”
This article isn’t about Russia. It’s about Maldova perceiving a threat that isn’t there.
“I don’t feel a need for you to perceive me as credible.”
No sweat off of me. But if you are going to post some alarmist crap, make sure it is accurate, and not you just taking something out of context or — more likely — jumping to conclusions to advance your narrative.
Maybe they were stuck inside of Mobile with the Memphis blues again (my apologies to Bob Dylan).
They don’t like Russia?
Fine. Give it back to Turkey.
It’s not appeasement. Ukraine started the bs.
It’s ongoing. You can’t continue to start crap and then point the finger.
I predict Maldova will do just what I said. May even get US $ backing.
Let’s see how this goes. Who will make the first aggressive move.
That's a lie.
“Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov referred to Moldova as “the next Ukraine” “
From the OP. Thats not a threat?
“Fine. Give it back to Turkey.”
I think giving it to Romania would be more appropriate, don’t you?
Why would Lavrov be upset over tiny mulva?
Well, Lukashenko already leaked that Moldova was the next target after Ukraine when he showed that map with the invasion plan on it to the world.
Belarus dictator appeared to show Russian plans to invade Moldova
Anything other than abject capitulation to every Russian whim and demand is a "terrible provocation". Russians have been playing this game for decades ... China and North Korea play the same game. It's why they, and leftists, have always oppposed a robust strategic defense ... that would take away their blackmail tool.
A plague upon them all.
It's where the lair is...
A year ago, a pic is shown saying this thru the NYP. Obvious it didn’t happen and you can’t believe everything you read. A few more sources and evidenc is needed
It sounds like this is about Transnistria, who is an area that wants independence from Maldova.
All of these conflicts are about small areas thst want to break away.
I’m not saying this as support. Only offering more information to clarify the situation further.
The decolonization is in regard to Russia's imperial colonialism beyond its own legally recognized borders, not dividing the different ethnicities inside Russia's borders.
That means actually watching some of the video instead of asking rhetorical questions that pigeonhole and strawman.
How dare an independent and sovereign country like Moldova voluntarily decide to accede to the E.U., join NATO, and/or rejoin with Romania!?
Russia - which does not even border Moldova - obviously has the right to intercede (read: invade and annex)!
/mordant sarcasm
