That means nothing. He says that’s not something I’m “planning” for? 2 years ago in 2021. That’s your proof? Hillary also said she wasn’t planning on running in 2016. And it’s not just Paul Ryan who is pushing it. It’s his own people. Again, He has never said he will not run. He could easily say so.
