Actually - it IS illegal for a professional therapist or doctor to treat sexual mental illness as a mental disorder in Washington state. As it is in many (most?) states.
They CAN however prescribe hormones on one’s first visit, or cut off one’s breasts with limited consultation.

Binary refers to a system in which there are only two values. Like 1/0, yes/no, alive/dead, on/off, male/female.
Every human is part of the human race which is binary. So no one is nonbinary.
No matter what they call themselves.

Clothes would be a good place to start.
Socks and underwear.
Jeans.
A long crew neck T shirt is pretty generic. A non-descript shirt with buttons, either a blouse of shirt depending on what fits you better.
A pullover sweater. Throw a vest over it for added warmth.
And stop creating problems for your self by agonizing over simple to answer questions.

Probably dress like Bozo the Clown! I’d add a big red, clownified tie just to make it look cool.
