What if I declare as a parrot? Or even as a lesser sparrow?

Will I get protection from the govt.?

I DECLARE AM AN ALGAE. I SWIM IN RAINDROPS AND WETLANDS.

PS the water is so shallow that I have access to ‘salvage’ from boating accidents.

Get another example of how gov’t can screw things up. The parrots get a 5-month free pass, but how about those who depend on that energy to power their ventilators?

If you add up the ‘stagnant’ time, due to no wind or too much wind shutdown, I’ll bet you can get 5 months per year.
