“..If the only person in a country of 330 million who can Make America Great Again is a 76-year old man who will be 78 on Election Day, then MAGA has no future as a political philosophy...”

You make a good point. But, if we can agree MAGA is what the nation needs, and Donald Trump is the only one who espouses it, then to whom else can we turn?? No other conservative leader who might be considered a candidate has adopted MAGA as the way to go.

“ Trump did NOT lose in 2020”

I guess it depends on how you define losing. He’s not in the White House today, so by that measure that’s a loss

He either let himself get beaten by Biden or get cheated by Biden. Either way, Trump and his campaign ended up the losers and on the outside

Trump and his campaign led by his son in law couldn’t stop Biden when Trump had the presidency and the powers of the federal government. Can Trump defeat Biden when Biden has the presidency?

No other conservative leader who might be considered a candidate has adopted MAGA as the way to go.<>And wisely, they won't.

They'll adopt many of Trump's MAGA policies rebranded as "America First" or something like that. They won't call it MAGA as that's Trump's slogan.

The goal is to retain the base, attract independents and swing voters and win on popular positions that (lowercase) make America great again. Ron DeSantis and Glenn Youngkin showed us how this is done.

Donald Trump is the only elected official that has shown a willingness to fight the globalization efforts by the WEF and Wall Street types.

Everyone else seems willing to take their money and keep quiet.

It's funny, the group of people here who are trying their best to disparage the man who fought to keep Florida open, took on Disney, took on the woke school boards, and passed parental rights bills as the "GOPe party man" while the guy who filled his administration with Deep State stooges before handing the country over to Dr. Fauci is the "conservative fighter who will drain the swamp!"

_____________________________________________________________You pose a most salient question/point.

Being realistic at age 62, I am dubious as to how PDJT will be able to surmount being an outsider again and overcome all of the blatant attempts to deny his return to the presidency.
Moreover, it’s noteworthy how Ivanka and hubby are apparently going to stay on the sidelines for 2024.

I guess I’m pinning my hopes on the GOP finally doing whatever’s necessary to mobilize the new early voting operation they desperately need to establish in order to stand any chance of victory on election day. Additionally, republicans have to find their own sugar daddies to close the vast financial deficit they have against the dems.

Hopefully, PDJT is fully cognizant of all of these hardships facing him and is even holding relevant meetings down at Mar-a-Lago right now!!

And, I pray he won’t be bogged down in a malicious primary battle, unnecessarily draining his vital resources and precious time.

********

Don’t be upset if your prays don’t come to frutation should DJT
become the GOP Nominee. I don’t know if the dems will place
Kamala Harris as their nominee. IMO they have to change course
with a new nominee.

My opinion, things are going to get ugly, 2024 is a bloodbath waiting to happen. DeSantis is better sitting this one out and serving his time as governor to see how the next election cycle shakes out.

I’m not quite sold on DeSantis, I think he’s done good for Florida, just a little cautious over the media’s feign over him.

Until we get a handle on the VBM , vote by mail, election month for Dems and one day for us , it doesn’t matter who is on the top of the ticket they will lose. They collect ballots from Dems for a month-sort of legal cheating-plus it allows the other kind of cheating-

As long as GOP leaders like Scott, Thune, Lindsey keep promising to cut Social Security, the GOP will lose with or without being cheated. Even Republican voters won’t support that. Just big donors and the Koch Brothers and some young libertarians who think they’ll never grow old.

“..How many of those MAGA promises got fulfilled?:::

Those promises were addressed and in progress when he left office. But the point is that the MAGA agenda is right for America. What is it you ask? I don’t have a list in front of me but here are some I recall:

1. Economy, trade, jobs - US friendly trade deals, putting a halter on China, etc.
2. strive for smaller government - also recall Trump wouldn’t sign legislation without Congress removing of some existing regulations each time.
3. anti-wokeness
4. halt illegal alien entry - finish the border fence
5. strong, ready military
6. wage war on drugs and the cartels
7. stop crime wave, increase police force
8. energy independence - drill, refine, pipelines
9 Strengthen accuracy in voting system, halting mass mail- in voting schemes,
10.Education - school choice, traditional curriculum, parental involvement, etc.

"Expect to see more of this."

Not after the inevitable, brief, and soon-forgotten Ronlim purge ... you 4 guys are so incapable of stringing together a coherent argument, you make Tedlims look like Rush Limbaugh.
