When there is mass starvation. The farmers will be ordered to produce more. That by producing less on purpose, they will be arrested if the dont produce more.

Problem is it will hit the rest of the world. Europe has money to buy other nations’ food at a higher price than what natives of those countries can afford.

These “green” politicians have to know their actions will result in the starvation of poor people. But they are justified in their own minds because they are on a mission to save the Earth.

So they can be hungry, while they freeze to death.

Our modern civilization lives on a bit of a knife edge and most people don’t even give it a second thought.

When we were largely an agrarian civilization and people had more direct involvement and control of food production, war and bad weather could produce famines and accompanying starvation, but people could produce their own food, even if unevenly and ineptly in some, which could still produce localized famine and starvation.

Now, the production of food is far more concentrated, and feeding a larger number of non-food producing people than ever before.

These people (including myself and billions of others) are utterly dependent on a variety of factors to obtain nutrition, and two of those major factors are increased crop yields and food distribution systems.

And both of those things, yield and distribution are being deliberately destroyed.

Fertilizer is both dependent on petroleum for manufacture and shipping, and the supply of both has been interdicted by the Left. And I use the word “interdicted” very purposefully.

The point is, we take for granted the durability of the system to produce and supply the humanity of the world when in reality, there is very little real durability, and only the illusion of durability. The process of food production and transport is so critically dependent on a wide variety of factors that multiple failures may render the system completely inert. I have heard it said that “There are only nine meals between Mankind and Anarchy” and I believe it.

There was a time when believed that the Left was engaged in their usual practice of one-stage thinking, where they decide how a particular action will obtain a desired result and base the entire pyramid of their goal off of that shallow thinking.

They don’t expend any time or effort at thinking critically about the issue because, being the “smartest people in the room”, and when things go wrong, it is always “unexpected”.

In this, I don’t think they have followed that model of behavior. I now think the coming catastrophe is completely intentional.

We can survive a localized war or weather pattern, but we can’t survive a global intentional interdiction of the underpinnings of food production and supply.

God help us.

Make flour from acorns...need to soak in water a couple of times to get rid of the tannin...staves off starvation...also pine seeds are nutritious...and many wild plants are nutritious...cabbage and others...but be careful of wild carrots as are toxic.

Why is the West so intent on committing suicide? War cheerleaders, your support for Biden and his Ukie war is the road to destruction, and you don’t even realize it.

Carry on war cheerleaders. Your emotions have clouded your judgment. There will be a big price to pay for supporting war, war, war.

Germany has already committed cultural suicide. Now it might as well starve and rot away.

Sad to say, but England and the EU has also joined the suicide group, along with the collective West.
