Camden, Asbury Park and Newark are the worst and the NJ State Police are pretty much the attorney general’s private army.

That should have been a simple default judgement. The another court filing to garnish her wages/bank accounts. At that point, a sheriff can execute the seizure of asset.

It is an abuse of the court/legal system to use law enforcement for simple debt collection.

Here is a similar case in AL that provides some more background as to why she was likely arrested (failure to post bond for return date). The AL law that provides for turning a civil liability into a crime is most probably unconstitutional - but none of these people can pay for representation let alone post a bond. Gross abuse of power (which seems to be the trend lately)
