No, because that is a substantive piece of legislation, and nobody is required to support anything.
But voting for Speaker is a one-shot deal on a critical Constitutional position. If you oppose the GOP so much that you'd rather have a Democrat as Speaker, whether because of the "Uniparty" or whatever" you shouldn't have run as a Republican in the first place.

McCarthy will be Speaker because there aren’t 30 patriots in Congress. That’s not my doing. The only way you are going to get a Speaker to your liking is at the head of a Marine Expeditionary Unit, but we are discussing an election with only 435 voters - and if you have an idea how to change what’s going to happen there, let us all know.
