Have you been out in public eating recently? Large people shoveling large quantities into the mouths maximizing caloric intake. No exercise, mass calories, … expectations? Very few are healthy.
I don’t eat out. Period. I cook my own food ... REAL food, nothing processed, no sugar, and zero vegetable seed oils. Natural fats - butter, ghee tallow, lard. At this point, I’m primarily carnivore, although I eat the occasional Brussels sprouts (made a low carb BS casserole for Thanksgiving). I also made a Sweet Fauxtato casserole (pumpkin/cauliflower - really good, hardly had any leftovers).
The sad thing is, eating healthy, losing weight, getting rid of metabolic syndrome, reversing (yep, it can be done!) Type 2 Diabetes .... is not that hard. Instead, the “usual suspects” (Big Food, Big Pharma, industrialized medical complex) recommend the SAD (Standard American Diet) & you see how that is working: epidemic obesity, T2D (insulin sales for Pharma) ... doesn’t help with cancer, either. The docs who have figured out how to “fix” people with food, not meds, have their licenses threatened and are considered ‘crazy’ because they don’t follow “the official narrative” (sound familiar? same playbook used for the COVID vax).
My pastor’s daughter...she is 32. Had a skin cancer on her foot. Had it treated. Thought it gone. Doctor talked her into the COVID booster.
She had a follow up visit a month later. The cancer had unexpectedly gone deep to her bone and spread to lymph nodes in her groin. She is now on chemo and struggling. Young mother of three fighting for her life. They have never seen anything like it.

The UK uses three different vaccines, one of which uses completely different technology than the others.
This Dr. wants to stop the use of all three.
Are they all causing the same problems via different mechanisms or is this just a "Covid vaccines are bad for some reason" screed?
Nobody has the right to force anyone to get boosters!
What happened to their mantra “my body, my choice”? Apparently only applies to “birth control”.
And which locker room they want to use at the gym.
