Another pre-election trick pulled on the gullible then withdrawn before serious legal consequences result.

Dems will make impossible promises ahead of early voting knowing full well there won’t be sufficient time for a court to act . . but still plenty of time to get the target population motivated in the right direction.

Some would call this smart politics. I would call it an affront to the Constitution and the rule of law.

Hence, an impeachable offense.

Democrats responded by vilifying Judge Pittman. Sen. Elizabeth Warren denounced the “lawless ruling from a Trump-appointed judge.” So any judge who doesn’t recognize that presidents are entitled to boundless power is “lawless”?

That’s RIGHT!

You are only entitled to boundless power if your are a Democrat!

It always amazes me when members of Congress don’t jealously fight against an executive that usurpes legislative power.
