What will the Court do when the undated ballots are opened anyway and irreversibly mixed with legitimate ballots?

Throw out all the votes, in pool of illegally admixed votes, for the side of the the notified party that ignored the court order. No motivation to cheat if they thought they were winning, so they must have thought they were losing when the chose to ignore the court order. Then deny any appeals on grounds of standing, as they’d clearly expected to lose anyway.
