No problem at all. Boucher got a one-month sentence from a Clinton-appointee; the Feds remarkably, successfully appealed to the 6th Circuit; and on remand, won a longer sentence plus home incarceration; all of which Boucher has finished.
He sold the house (purposefully for less than it was worth in a hot market, somewhere between 500-550K) but he did pay all the proceeds into the judgment.
He is rumored to still have enough money to stay retired and supposedly is on the down low in Florida.
So, a 42 yr old and an 82yr old were fighting and both had their hands on a hammer. It wasn’t until the police arrived that the 42 yr old was able to get control of the hammer and violently assault Pelosi. Ummm, good things the cops arrived when they did, seconds later and Pelosi would have been dead, right?
There are a number of strange questions for this incident:
- Why did the head LEO at the presser praise the incoming call-taker if this was supposedly an “A-Priority Wellness Check”? If it was a wellness concern, it would have been called in by someone else.
- They were both holding the hammer when the LEOs arrived? And, the perp started hammering PP after the LEOs walked in? Uh-huh....
This is strange. My spidey-sense is telling me this was PP involved in some other perverted encounter and it started going bad.

I tend to agree. The details are starting to reek like a 4 day old homicide scene.
It seems even though Pelosi is very close in line to becoming president, anyone could have walked into her residence and took the occupants and held them hostage. Not sure I’m buying this story.
I see, so due to lack of security at her private residence someone could walk in and take her husband hostage because he didn't rate security...
Or they could enter the Pelosi home and plant multiple listening devices without anyone knowing. Sure....
