I would say, given the response to this latest (and it’s just getting rolling), the globalists have in fact created a vaccine of sorts.

By using the lockdowns card for COVID followed by irrational mandates and commensurate damage to productive life, they’ve sensitized the populace to the signs of government intrusion, and these are now reacting much like antibodies to another infection of tyranny (because while real viruses evolve and become less virulent, tyranny is the same across all ages).
