A lot of black and proportionately way too many white working class citizens have been lured onto the government easy street and become fat third forth and fifth generation paid not to work takers.

When an employer looks to hire, the need a job, want a job, should apply and the most qualified be hired.
Our giverment has foisted employment interference in every venue that they bribe with our money and has wreaked havoc to any recognizable qualification basis such as knowledge skills and ability measurement metrics to detriment and disillusioning of all involved win or lose and all in the guise of fairness, restitution or both.

Oh, they have 11 million jobs? At the rate they are dribbling them out (100k/month), it will take 10 years for the jobs to materialize.
If you are American, they require background checks, a derailed explanation of every gap in employment, your ID, a credit report, pea in a cup, a clean driver’s licence going back 7 years, your social media accounts, a bachelor’s degree, a newer model car, 3 years of experience for so-called entry level jobs... but if you are illegal they will hire you no questions asked.
