Sigh. Congressman Lieu have you at least glanced over the Constitution you’ve sworn to preserve, protect and defend? If you have, you’ll see that ‘treason’ is the only crime defined. The Founders did this because in Britain the charge (and horrible punishment) for treason could be extended to any behavior that made the monarch uncomfortable.

Treason is defined as making war against the United States. Are MAGA Republicans making war against the U.S.? No? Then shut up.

And since we are not technically at war with any nation they cannot be giving “aid and comfort” to our nation’s enemies.
