Motor voter register a bazillion illegals. Dump millions of ballots in the mail to voter rolls that have never been verified and are never purged. Empower vote harvesters to collect the ballots and send them in with no voter id, signature match or any other verification method.

I’d be willing to compromise and have every state go the way Nebraska and Maine do it.
Whomever wins the most votes in each Congressional district gets one Electoral vote. Whomever wins the most votes statewide gets two electoral votes.
Wait until a Hispanic Republican wins the popular vote in the next 20 years. Suddenly, everyone will be fine with the Electoral College.

Not necessarily. The states that want this are passing laws that their state’s electors will go to the winner of the national popular vote. So this could be implemented without technically eliminating the EC. The good news - only lib states would want this, and in an election where their EC votes are adequate, their guy would win anyway, so it doesn’t necessarily do anything so long as they can’t get the free states to go along.

Flip side of that is that Utah & Oklahoma could each get 37MM R votes.
Do it by county. Whoever wins the popular vote in a county gets one point. Most points gets the state’s electoral votes. This way cheating is localized.
