From the clenched fist from his college days to the Oklahoma City Bombing to Waco to Ruby Ridge to Elian Gonzales to Marc Rich to Trayvon Martin to Ferguson to INTERPOL to Judge John Roll to Fast and Furious to distribution of PIGFORD II billions to contempt of Congress to the millions of illegal aliens. And of course fooling around with voter changes in key states thru their Supreme Courts. There he is. How can it be? How can it all be? His wife, the younger sister of the Civil Rights icon who Democrat Alabama Gov George Wallace attempted to block from the U of A, owned a building which housed the offices of a notorious abortion doctor.
Eric Holder is knee-deep in the chaos our nation has faced. Obama could never have done it without Him.

Theoretically, yes. Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment gives Congress the power to disqualify someone who has already held a public office from holding "any office" if they participate in an "insurrection or rebellion" against the United States.
But since this mechanism has never been used against a president, there are still questions to resolve. The disqualification clause applies to current and former federal officials, state officials, and military officials. However, legal scholars are split on whether the disqualification clause applies to the presidency. It's likely the 14th Amendment will continue to come up in conversations approaching the 2024 presidential election.

If they really thought that the 2020 election was won honestly, they would have welcomed a bipartisan investigation of the results (particularly in the swing states which had Trump winning until the overnight ballot dumps for Biden), just to convince the people who voted for Trump that it was an honest outcome.

And, indictment means absolutely nothing in regards running for office. But, the idiots who watch CNN will believe that it does.
Dershowitz outlined the four factors any pres candidate must satisfy to run and hold the Pres office. And, not having been either indicted or convicted is not part. A candidate can serve time for a felony and still be elected. This is theater.
