Back when Nixon “normalized” relations with the CCP in 1972, I noted that it was a huge mistake, as did others who were more connected than I (I was a LT in the US Navy at the time).
Since then, my prognostication has proven to be correct!
China should have been kept isolated - it is now, and has been, an Evil Empire ever since 1949!

I doubt it - we are too dependent on China, and the CCP has bought most of the people/properties/businesses/farms around the world it needs to buy in order to be the #1 country.
If I were King of America for a day, I’d evict EVERY Chinese national living in America and make it illegal for a Chinese company to own ANY real estate or be a partner with any American company!
There are 300,000 ++ Chinese students attending US colleges and universities - THEY ARE ALL SPIES! SENDEM HOME!
With regard to ownership of American companies and farmland, ALL Chinese owned companies, farmland and real estate should be confiscated and returned to American ownership!

You can’t even get most mainstream Republicans to be in favor of real and substantial import tariffs to protect US workers and grow US domestic industry. Republicans are useless for the most part in the war to keep America free.
Enough Republicans (not all, thankfully!) have been bought to prevent any meaningful pushback.
