The government exists as representing the governed citizens most of all, as only citizens can chose the government. On that basis the citizens must rise up against a government that choses to compose itself, in any way, of non-citizens.

They say it won’t be applied where it conflicts with State or Federal law. You don’t need to be a LPR to work; you can be an an Alien authorized to work - it’s noted on the I-9.
Also, they noted that “applications from non-citizens who are otherwise allowed to practice law in California but are disqualified from the application process because of the citizenship requirement,”. California is the only state which allows illegal aliens to take the bar exam and be admitted to the bar, which is really beyond belief. Note that nobody said this was limited to lawyers, but isn’t it curious that they bring up that exact job description to justify this?

The news from yesterday was that either SS numbers or possibly ITINs are being handed out at the border to detainees. Likely this will spread to people already here, and amount to an administrative amnesty. Work authorization from DHS + ITIN + relaxed rules at LA County = American government job for Los Illegales.
