If Farmer A wants to buy a certain number of tons of fertilizer from Company B, where does any national leader of an allegedly free country get off in interfering with that contractual relationship? That is the crux of the problem, that political leaders who supposedly represent the people can tell the people what to do. That’s not the way it supposed to be, they are supposed to serve the people, and if two commercial actors wish to engage in some kind of a relationship, serving the people means staying the hell out of the transaction.
Things like this are way outside a Prime Minister’s job description so he just adding it
I believe that is exactly what the population reduction maniacs want to do. They are likely to have a fight on their hands (Sri Lanka) I don’t even think the Biblical tribulation will kill that many.
