I was listening to Rep. Lee Zeldin discuss the attack. Zeldin is a black belt and a champion at martial arts. He controlled the attacker quickly.

Seems odd this article makes a point of identifying him as a “Jewish” Republican, from what I’ve seen he was attacked for his political views not his religion or ethnicity so why make a point of mentioning it? I mean it was pretty obvious from his name anyway. Just weird.
