Cathi has quite an anti-vaxx history, so there is that. And a Trump booster in 2016 and 2020.
Perhaps she's just trying to counter the blue-and-yellow pompoms of the war-fappin trolls.
One of our major Ukie trolls had a "project" going to trash Fauxnews after the 2020 "election", for quite a few months.
A little bit weird, but I was OK with it.

“Perhaps you should refrain from speaking for other people.”
Too funny! That’s all YOU do! You cut and paste others’ comments and opinions, or quote them; you have no independent thoughts.
“In fact, one of the specific military analysts I was referring to...”
Like I said above.
“...specifically said that the U.S. would BEGIN with air superiority, but that Russia’s EXCELLENT air defence would quickly result in negating our air advantage.”
What’s this “our” crap? You are not an American; that’s clear from your posting history. And, a tell? No American spells “defense” with a “c.”

Russian supermarkets have really changed, for the better, since I was there (in Санкт-Петербург in 1998).

A sedan without air conditioning costs 560,000 rubles ($7,800), and the LUXE version with a heated windshield, cruise control and an automatic transmission costs 780,000 rubles ($11,000).Given inflation and western supply chain issues, I can see a huge export market here in the US.

What’s this “our” crap? You are not an American; that’s clear from your posting history. She was a Trump supporter in 2016 and 2020, and anti-vaxx during the Quaxxccine Reign of Terror.
Did you look at someone else's history by accident?

There is propaganda, and there is reality.
If the former was true four months ago, then Ukraine should have won the war.
In reality their original military is all but destroyed and they are pushing 50 years old to the front lines, reinforced by fairy tales of wunderwaffe. All despite the numerical advantage, extensive NATO training, NATO instructors and special operators and so on, like aid worth more than the Russian military budget.
What do you expect to see in three months? Landlocked Ukraine claiming victory due to the fact that the Russians don’t want Galicia?:)
To: Cathi
Interesting story going on about the “Kraken” (an AZOV battalion in Kharkiv who are responsible for torturing and murdering captured Russian soldiers.) They were ordered to move to the front line in Severesk and absolutely refused because they know the Russians are looking for them and they will not be taking prisoners from that group. Filled their diapers like Pedo Pete Biden at the thought.

Russia had the advantage after 1943, as Germany was bleeding fighting a two-front war, whereas Russia just had one. That was Germany’s screw up, so one can’t fault Russia for taking advantage of it. Operation Barbarossa sealed Germany’s fate; it just took a couple years to make it irreversible, though the writing was on the wall from the Spring of 1942.
Germany committed the mortal sin of land warfare against the Russians: It pursued the Russian retreat, and tried for a knockout blow. That is simply madness when fighting Russia IN Russia. Western Russia— especially the Ukraine — hated the Muscovite Russians, and if Germany had been smart it would have used that to its advantage, instead of pissing off the Belarussians and Ukrainians by subjugating them and slaughtering them.
In WWII, Germany’s biggest screw-up was invading Russia. I’m glad it did, because it was the beginning of the end for Nazi Germany.

Alex Christoforou [banned for a week from YouBloob] related some chatter he's hearing about the downed plane in Antonov Greece
today [18:35] (also the Zaporizhzhia Avenger, the new Goats of Kiev).
Appears to have been Serbian-Bulgarian arms via NATO to Ukraine.
All 8 Ukrainian aircrew died in the crash. Prayers for their families.

I saw that movie. Did he have that license plate?
I grew up not far from where the end of that movie took place; in fact, I spent many a time on that pier.

“GDP is a worthless measure of snow economy nowadays. Literally, a government prints a trillion and spends a trillion and !poof! - a trillion is added to the GDP.”
I think you have a great point. Dollar to dollar comparisons of economies might be useful, but to say today we have X dollars compared to yesterday is ridiculous since we inflated our economy artificially.

That would surprise me, because Serbia is simpatico with Russia.
