I did run into a factoid that mentioned the CDC has recently termed teenage pregnancies at the lowest on record. (the last 70 years or so)

Maybe, but I have had doubts about CDC numbers lately. It's possible that abortions don't count as pregnancies. How would the CDC know if it was reported as not occurring?

I had never heard of such an early case of "precociuos puberty" before but it sounds believable. I admit there are lots of things I don't know.
