But don’t worry. The government already knows where you are. They know how fast you are going. They know who you are with and who you talk to. You have a phone. And that gives them everything. They don’t need your car except to stop it when they want. We stopped believing God knew all this so God let the government keep track of us so we would know someone was.

The information is retained inside your vehicle so in a sense it IS a “black box” in that law enforcement could (with a warrant) access that memory and download the data.(with a warrant) I think you are wired whether or not you subscribe to their service.
