Wow - $600! My items were $12 replaced & somewhere around $30, refunded.

It was a adjustable bed frame which was supposed to be new but when I received it was obviously used, missing parts but complete with the previous buyer’s address inside. I called Amazon right away and got a refund within a few minutes. I did insist on a return because it weighed so much and no way was I going to move it around by myself.

Lot of people complain about Amazon but they have a great refund policy and service.

I think it is a horrible idea. If you have untrendy merchandise, sell it in a big lot store, or donate it to a shelter and write it off.

My daughter bought a real leather sofa and loveseat from Wayfair. When it arrived there was a small slit on the back of the sofa so she asked for a refund and them to pick it up. They refunded the money immediately and she waited for the pickup notice. Never got one so she called. Customer service rep told her they were no longer carrying the item so just keep it. Boy did she score!

I know someone who got a free ‘gun safe’, I would call it a cabinet

He complained that the door was misaligned (it was) they said no prob we will send return label

Then called back and said donate it. this was a few years ago
