The Supreme Court seems to find the courage and integrity to rule on everything except the most fundamental, vital, and important matter of all, viz. the question of massive, well organized fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election!

That is the most important matter brought before the court, and the justices lack the integrity, courage, and moral clarity to demand the truth and rule on it--whatever the truth might be.

This is an enormous failure of duty, responsibility, courage, integrity, honesty, and fundamental morality.

This is an enormous failure of the USA, the American People, the Supreme Court, and the justices themselves.

Furthermore, leaving this matter unsettled not only subjects the American People to the catastrophic effects of uncertainty and loss of confidence in America's once pristine and uncorrupted institutions and agencies, but it leaves an open invitation to massive, well co-ordinated fraud in future elections inasmuch as those willing to commit fraud can expect no deterrent from the Court!

This is an extremely dangerous situation.

Unless the justices act promptly to correct it, theirs will be one of the greatest failures of responsibility and integrity in history. May God forgive them!

I agree. My husband and I were discussing Rush’s reaction earlier today.

Sotomayor’s dissent strongly suggests that Christian employees of public schools must basically hide their faith and live in the closet because knowledge of their Christian faith might somehow be upsetting to some students. But she would say that gays are free to proselytize right in the classroom, even with young children.

I recall a story a priest told EWTN not so long ago. He knew a brother in a monastic order in Italy. This was in the 70 or 80’s. After hearing that the priest was American he told him to pray for Donald Trump. The priest was surprised and asked “You mean the guy who owned casinos and is a playboy.” Yes, the brother said. He will do great things for the Kingdom of God.

"Evil Shannon Bream"

Bream's show follows Greg Gutfeld's on weeknights, and when Gutfeld signs off he always jokingly says, "Stay tuned for the evil Shannon Bream."

I think you are spot on. His ways are higher than our ways. I am happy to be from a state that has put a stop to this unspeakable evil. I pray for more changed hearts.

Dear President Trump: Maybe I will some day, but so far I have to say I haven’t gotten tired of winning yet.

I was just called a “purity over winning zealot” for expressing the same sentiment. Some people just want to keep re-electing Assistant Democrats.

No, you were called a “purity over winning zealot” by ME because you have the same standard, as your posting history shows, for every candidate that does not match your "Purity Test" no matter what the make-up of the State/District.

There is not an acknowledgement from you that a true-blue conservative cannot win in every State/District that is not Bright-Red.

Don't mislead people about postings by withholding all of the pertinent facts.

I acknowledged that Collins is as good as it gets from Maine.

Kentucky can do much better than McConnell, just as South Carolina can do much better than Flimsey Grahamnesty.

CFW: "Gorsuch basically told the District that the issue was so simple even a liberal should be able to figure it out."

Let's hope that any compensatory and exemplary financial judgments the Bremerton School District may have to pay Coach Kennedy are large enough to seriously emphasize that point!

Sotomayer. But all kinds of accommodations have been made for Muslims who are public employees. So low wattage.

This is the TOPIC that REALLY needs addressed, Roe being struck down is great, but the other rulings by the activist court of this era, REALLY NEED GONE.

Religious activities in public places are NOT “state sponsorship of religion” and the rulings that started this nonsense need gone.

So you are unhappy with these court decisions? What exactly are you angry about?

Yep. I met him back in 2004 when I was a campaign manager for a state house rep. McKenna made and continues to make my skin crawl.

What exactly are you angry about?

I am angry that they did not take-up any challenges to the most corrupt election in history. Half of the states were suing over the illegalities and these "judges" ducked it using made-up standing excuses. That was the most important case in the history of the court, and may even be the catalyst of why America fails. Does that answer your quest?

Although justices nominated by Trump are helping to restore Supreme Court integrity, the Court will continue to be a loose cannon imo, activist justices taking advantage of their job security to trample Constitution imo, until Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters elect Trump-endorsed lawmakers, especially senators, that will impeach and remove institutionally indoctrinated, Constitution-ignoring activist justices.

In the meanwhile, the Court will need to continue to decide constitutionally enumerated protection cases on a case by case basis. After all, very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification, career lawmakers have been spending their time exploiting low-information voters by making constitutionally indefensible race and sex-related civil rights laws (imo) to win votes to stay in office, as opposed to making 14th Amendment-based civil rights laws that strengthen constitutionally enumerated rights from abridgment by state actors.

Excerpted from the 14th Amendment...

Insights welcome.

In fact, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.

Again, insights welcome.

I can’t tell you how much flak I took over my refusal to support or vote for McKenna when he ran for governor. When the time came for him to take a stand on homos getting “married” he weaseled his way around the issue.

By taking a stand of my own I effectively walked away from over ten years as a volunteer for various local, state, and national campaigns. It’s kinda hard to work with people ( the local and state Republican party) when they refuse to work with me.
