When you work for a company, the only time you can make a statement against the current management is in your exit interview, and I would not recommend that.
Remember that in the end of the day, you are not going to win telling the boss they are bad.

They demanded that the company become more 'inclusive', and said its 'zero asshole' policy was not enforced clearly. Looks like now that these firings have happened, the Policy is much closer to being enforced!
