not really....they have always been controlled ....this is a good time to buy physical gold or silver ...if you can find it at spot ....but that will get harder and harder to do without paying a bigger premium...

Plunging stock market
Home prices collapsing
Real estate sales are down to higher interest rates
Supply chain disrupted due to people staying at home and not working. Due to getting vaxxed up, in my opinion.

You’ve bought, now hold. Did you buy the stock or the dividend and if the latter, are they being reduced? As you know, this has happened before, we’ll recover and there might be quite a few bargains to be had. At your age, it might be worth review that this is nothing new. As an aside, I’m in Northwest Puerto Rico and there are some real estate bargains showing up all over here.
