They are state media employees. The Russian State is saying they can nuke both US coasts.
If the commentator was improvising, the commentator would be gone from the broadcast.
I definitely prefer Republicans over Democrats and I have been consistent about that but your defenses of Russian actions in Ukraine have been the unfortunate wrong argument.

I don’t know about that. The discussion at that FR post spent a lot of time wanting to know why they didn’d dock at Rota, Spain, rather than Gibralter. No one at the discussion suggested it was not real information.
I don’t know about that. My aunt was living in Reno, Nevada, when some of the testing was done. She said she and other would feel a little sick for a few days after these above ground tests. I seem to recall reading that a number of the military observers were not protected as much as they should have been.
Please direct me to that post.
I hope I am wrong, but I don’t think the current administration would be willing to counter attack.
