The Sixth Commandment, “Thou shalt not kill,” is being undermined along with the rest of them. The Left’s culture is based upon moral relativism. It is a very seductive morality because it functions as a self-centered cult of pleasure. Moral relativism is a set-up for Marxism. By making ones moral thinking no more important than the other, you set the stage for political, economic, legal and material egalitarianism. Egalitarianism is a system which renders human beings as equal. To reach such a Utopian society, one utilizes the state to redistribute all aspects of human life until all are equal.

When you put everything they are doing into one description, they are minimizing the importance of life. That is in opposition to the tenants of Christianity. Once life is redefined by the egalitarian paradigm, life does not have any more protection or significance than that which is determined by the state. Human life must no longer have that transcendent importance that sets it above the state. Human life is now the property of the state to define as it wants and to use as it sees fit. As the beginning of human life are being attacked by the Marxist’s effort to transform our society, one can only wonder what’s next?

TSA has unarmed transportation security officers.

The Federal Air Marshal Service, which pre-existed both the TSA and the DHS provides armed under cover agents for flights.

The FAMS is supervised by the TSA and both are part of the DHS.

It’s doubtful that those two women would have stood a better chance. Reality is that most teachers are not the so called sheepdogs. They are typically mommy age women who do not have a combat mentality.

That's not the way it is in Texas. Teachers volunteer to be "marshalls" and go through specific training before being armed. In my district, they go through periodic drills with local LE to stay proficient.

Answer—Ankle holsters—you can forget you’re “carrying”.

Can’t wear pants in Florida for most of the year. I’d considered that.

Require teacher and staff training in handgun use. Advertise that all staff and faculty are trained and that all are permitted to and may carry concealed handguns while in school. A prospective school shooter is NOT looking to die before he has gained glory for himself by shooting a large number of people in a school. Schools are chosen because they are gun-free zones. Bay County and many other counties in Florida have changed their policy and train and warn. While Bay has not had any school shootings, it used to have one or two gun or bomb threats every year leading to lockdowns and evacuations-lost time. That stopped altogether with the new policy which has been in place for several years..

Resource officers armed and on campus help but a prospective shooter will know that he only has to get off a first shot to the officer and he gets free fire until the police arrive. One can kill many children in that 5-10 minutes. If he doesn't know who is armed he doesn't get that free first shot.

Yes. Putting criminals on the ground is primary…putting them in the morgue, while a nice byproduct, is secondary.

That “controlled locking door” thing seems to have mostly been missed by schools/courthouses/etc. But our hospitals have “panic doors.” A few years ago I was just stepping out of an elevator at one of ours, into a lobby that was a cross-hallway also. No one else around. An alarm went off and the elevator door locked and all four doors out of the lobby started closing all by themselves. It was obvious that I could still get out thru a fire door, one way, but those doors were big and no one was going back into anywhere. After the alarm cleared the doors re-opened all by themselves. Kind of spooky for a split second.

But it seems like a system that should be used in schools. Money might be an issue but I’d bet a door costs less than a funeral?

In my school years half the school staff were VETS. Those days are gone tho and we’re left with folks whose hardest daily job is buying groceries.

Teachers and staff. Not armed by the state but trained and encouraged.

The feds are still too busy looking for all those WASP (White Anglo Saxon Protestant) white supremacists, to be looking for shooters from other races, who post on line “LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME!” days before they go on a killing spree.

IIRC after the mentally unstable CD/Tranny shot his Grandmother over failing to graduate high school and before entering the Grade school he stole his Grandmother’s car, wrecked it, shot a man while stealing his truck, was evolved in a police chase then wrecked that truck in a ditch. Now comes the iffy part, if the police were chasing him how did he manage to get out of the truck into the schoolyard and into the school without the police attempting to stop him?

Also there appears to have been an all to familiar delay by the police to enter the school. It took an off duty Border Patrol Agent to do what needed to be done.

correct me if I’m wrong.
