That’s precisely what I was thinking. If the friends working in the school knew the “parents” are homosexual they’d have steered them away in a heartbeat.
If the workers believed the lifestyle would be acceptable in a Christian school, then they’re bad and ignorant employees.

No, not “Left”. There has never been in this country a right to engage in homosexual acts till some court pulled it from their asses. Having homosexual acts be illegal was always the correct course of action.

Neither A4:S2:C1 nor the 9th applies BECAUSE homosexual acts were generally illegal among the several States that ratified these. Therefore there cannot be an “other right retained” to engage in them. QED.
It is a Christian school. They do this with Catholic schools on occasion; then, make a big deal about their not being accepted at the Catholic/Christian schools. It is an old publicity stunt.

The Constitution has a way to be changed, amendment, and changes in the culture are not amendments.
The Constitution must be understood in reference to the laws of those that Ratified it at the time, otherwise it has no meaning and no function.
