A whole lot of groups have jumped on to the DEI bandwagon so employers can satisfy its quotas from among them and will usually pick the better behaved minority over the troublemakers.
Well, they would need to meet a quota in that area as well, wouldn’t they? Otherwise, Google would be denying black employees the opportunity to collect unemployment as much as white employees.
