I’ve got grayish white hair and am in my 70s. No more of this age discrimination…you hear that Buster? I got the law on my side.

The Mickey Mouse monkey hairstyle is still hilarious and no law passed by Congress can alter that hilarity.

Patriots are reminded that the only race protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect is limited to voting rights issues, evidenced by the 15th Amendment.
"15th Amendment:
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Patriots are also reminded that, regardless of the post-17th Amendment ratification, non-elected federal bureaucrats and laws that deal with labor, the states have never given the feds the express constitutional power to dictate INTRAstate labor policy.
In other words, the Crown Act is just another example of the very corrupt, alleged election stealing, Democratic-pirated Congress unconstitutionally expanding the already unconstitutionally big federal government's powers to try to stay in power in an election year imo.
Insights welcome.
And speaking of this election year, patriots are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.
Again, insights welcome.

There is a reason for requirements against long hair in the workplace.
Google “Scalp loss in industrial accidents”. click Images.
I remember years ago when a man was turned down for a firefighter’s job as he had long hair. He sued.
In court he said hair would not burn. To prove it he lit his hair. It went up in a fireball. He forgot he had used a flammable hair spray.
Our company said NO long hair or beards due to rotating shafts and the need to wear SCBA masks at time. Hair prevents sealing of the masks. If you are in an area with Ozone, it can kill you.

Unless they include ALL textured hair in this ridiculous law, then it’s another racist regulation. I have curly hair and I’ve been wearing it naturally for almost 4 years. It doesn’t look as “professional” as when I burnt my hair everyday with a flat iron, but I never know what it’s gonna look like from day to day because you can’t control curly hair. I see nothing in this regulation about the hair itself; it’s all about the color of someone’s skin.

Wait till the law suits due to hair and scalps being pulled out due to rotating equipment.
I just saw a photo of what was left of a man caught in a metal lathe. Not good at all.
Our safety officer had lots of horrifying photos of such industrial accidents.

How are those hair styles mentioned natural?
including locs, cornrows, twists, braids, Bantu knots, and Afros.
My younger daughter is black, and my Dutch-Canadian wife has educated herself on the hair maintenance.
Basically, in most black people, the hair is going to be tough to deal with unless you use relaxants in sizable quantities (or by using heat, which is undone by sweat). Those chemicals are on the harsh side, so they are not favored by those who are doubtful about the long-term effects of putting harsh chemicals on your scalp.
So, if you do nothing, many black people will wind up with an Afro. So yes, that is "natural". Black men, in my opinion, are well-served birth short hair cuts, but that doesn't work as well with women unless they just wear turbans or wigs.
So, there have always been other ways to make black hair neat and tidy. My own daughter has locs. It is a lot of work, but it is tidy, orderly and feminine. The other ones in the list can be done orderly or not, just like white hair styles.
That said, if we make a law, there are going to be folks with inverse purple Mohawks with lip rings claiming discrimination, so I would not want to see this in legislation. That said, black people's hair IS different and the best options for black women will be different than it is for white women.

Given the margin, there had to be some Republicans who voted for this legislation.
To: Eleutheria5
Don’t these people have anything better to do?
Maybe they should pass a law that the carpet should
match the drapes...if you get my meaning...if you
catch my drift.

Go look up the album cover for the Journey album called “Next” and tell me if you think Neal Schon is guilty of cultural appropriation.
